On-site in DC at big new project for PMO planning sessions. First step in huge important 18 month software implementation that will be used by hundreds of thousands of people. And I’m the primary Project Manager. Really Program Manager considering size. Eep!
Trying not to feel imposter syndrome at how can something this big & important be left in my hands?! While alternately getting excited at all the complexity and new stuff I’m going to dig into and get good at.
Even though I knew our whole ten person sales team would be there wearing suits today – I went with straight business casual and left the blazer out. Just felt more authentic & competent in this outfit. And it ended up being great middle ground dress-level-wise and I felt happy all day with my choice of outfit.
